Returns & refunds Policy

If you are purchasing from within the EU and are a private consumer on receipt of goods you have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of placing your initial order with Heighway Pinball or 7 days of receipt of goods (whichever is the longer), minus transaction fees.

Before receipt of goods, if you have not received your item then your money will be refunded, minus transaction fees, within 21 days of receiving the written cancellation instruction.

If your goods have already been received then we will refund your money (minus any transaction fees) including cost of shipping to you, within 21 days of receipt of the goods by either Heighway Pinball or a nominated international agent for overseas purchase. Goods must be returned in as new condition. Buyer pays the return shipping fee.

For buyers from outside the EU, and distributers, please contact sales@heighwaypinball.com for returns and refunds policies.

Faulty Goods

If you believe there is a fault with your machine then please get in contact with Heighway Pinball as soon as possible. We will endeavour to either replace the part or send an engineer to you. Contact support@heighwaypinball.com for assistance if you feel you have a faulty part or game.

Any attempt to fix a fault without proper instructions may invalidate your guarantee.

If, after pursuing all options, we are unable to satisfactorily repair or replace a faulty part we will look at an exchange or refund on your machine (within a reasonable time limit).   Returned machines must come back with all relevant paperwork (manuals etc).

Only official Heighway Pinball approved parts must be used in our machines.

Bespoke design games may be subject to further restrictions.


All prices on this web site are subject to change without notice. Whilst we make every effort to provide you the most accurate, up-to-date information, occasionally, one or more items on our web site may be mis-priced.

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, photographic, or technical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Heighway Pinball Ltd shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.

If an item’s correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item. If an item’s correct price is higher than our stated price, we will cancel your order and notify you of the price error and order cancellation. You will, of course, have an opportunity to purchase the item at the correct price, if you so wish.

Privacy Policy

Heighway Pinball Ltd is committed to respecting your privacy. We have constructed this site so that you can visit www.heighwaypinball.com without identifying yourself or revealing any personal information. When you submit information to us via email or via an online order form, for example, then please be assured that your information will remain confidential, except in instances when your information is needed to fulfil a query or order with yourself.

We will not give, sell, rent or lease your personal information to anyone unless we are required by law. We will only use your information for purposes relating directly to your transaction (for example, shipping couriers).

If we change our privacy policy we will advise you of these changes by posting them on our website so you will always be aware of the information we collect, how we use it and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it. Previous information will be kept in accordance with the privacy policy under which that information was collected.

Heighway Pinball has implemented suitable measures to protect our website against unauthorized access and use, loss or modification of information. However, we accept no responsibility for any access to or use of our websites by unauthorized parties and from any loss thereby arising.


All goods come with a guarantee. This will vary depending on whether you are a private collector or the machine is being used in commercial or public settings.

Private collector: Your game is covered by a minimum 4 months parts guarantee or longer depending on your country’s laws. In countries where we already have distributors, they will also provide a 3 month labour guarantee. Online technical support is available for the lifetime of the game.

Operator: Game is covered by a 4 months parts guarantee or longer depending on your country’s laws.

Shipping & Delivery

UK Mainland UK delivery to your door (without installation) – £80

Mainland UK delivery to your door (with installation and basic training) – £150 – subject to accessibility/location/postcode.

USA We pay for shipping to the USA. You only pay for shipping from the games storage location in the USA to your delivery destination.

All other countries –please email us at sales@heighwaypinball.com with your address and country for more information.                                                                


Sales Tax – USA sales tax is payable on all goods sold within the state where the game is stored –as we maintain a presence in this state. Please email us at sales@heighwaypinball.com for more information

VAT is payable on all UK and EU goods sold.
